MoJo JoJo

I told you we spent the other half of Halloween cheering on Joseph! What a squad we were. Hopefully more pics to come if I can get my brother to send them to me. They are awesome!

Halloween

OK....so I know it's almost Christmas, but I thought I'd get our Halloween pictures up anyway. Of course Papa went all out with the decorations at the house. Really impressed our new neighbors. Being new in the neighborhood checked with some of the kids to see if there were a lot of gobblins that came out (needed to know how much candy to get). Of course they all told me that there were lots of little trick-or-treaters - NOT! Good thing though because we had to leave early to go watch JoJo play football. THAT was awesome!

YODA AND THE DEAD GUY

Captain Matt Hook, Snow Princess Casi, The Headless Horesman Reed, and the Magical Jack Bunny!

Sunbathing Puppies

I couldn't get outside to take this picture because if I opened the back door the puppies would have awoken and moved. They did look very precious and Lucy now knows why Howie likes to lay in the sun all day. He is getting a better tan than Papa.

WE GOT FLOORED!!!

We had to do something to make our home look more open and warm, so we took down some walls, put up a window and removed the stuff covering the floors . . . .

What we ended up with are beautiful floors, so new colors and a more open floor plan. The next project will not take place until after the holidays. Nana and Papa need a vacation after all of this remodeling.

Florida, Manatees, and the Wuzle!

What an amazing experience!

Suz and I had such an awesome time this weekend in Florida.

We spent a day with the Manatees...

(that's me!) and then enjoyed our HUGE hotel room in Clearwater!

Can't wait to go back!

Colorado Avalanche Stick Kid- Reed Preheim!!!

Congratulations to Reed who was selected as the Colorado Avalanche Stick Kid for the November 2, 2008 home game against the San Jose Sharks!!!

Reed was selected because of the incredible progress he's made at Mt. St. Vincent Home. What a rock star!

Reed's friend Andrew joined us in a private tour of the Pepsi Center, and we even got to meet Ian Laperriere!

Congrats, Reed!

Remodel Update - The Walls

We told you the walls are coming down. And windows are going up. The latest pictures of the living room and dining room shows a little more open space and a bigger doorway to maneuver in and out of. Next: New floors?

BACK TO SCHOOL!!!!

It's back to school time for all the grandkids...yeah!

Sara is in the 7th grade and attends Morey Middle school in downtown Denver. Sara plays the bass and participates in choir (directed by here Mother Jodi). Sara will be going to Mexico with Nana and Papa in December.

Boo is in the 4th Grade at McKinley Thatcher. She is doing great! She plays the sax and hangs out with all her friends. Papa accompanied Boo on her first day of school. It was pretty exciting for both of them!

Reed is doing great at MSV. So great that he is transitioning home and will only be at MSV for school during the day. We are so proud of him!

Jack attends Primrose Thornton school. This is second year there, but this year he is going 3 days a week. He really enjoys music and coloring. He's a cutie that the teachers all love!

Leo started school this year. He is so excited to be going to school like his big sisters. He keeps telling us what a "big kid" he is! He too goes 3 days a week. So far is into it...especially music.
